no me deja entrar a multi y no se porque

ya hize todo, me descarge los archivos y todo, pero nada ya no se que hacer
ahora lo inicio y me dice esto : acceso denegado a la ruta de acceso y cuando le doy a aceptar me sale un cartel que pone: running un lan mode y le doy a la flecha y me lleva al launcher de plutonium y cuando entro en multiplayer lo unico que hace es cerrarse y ya esta -

el plutonium.new no me deja borrarlo, me dice que: La accion no se puede completar porque Plutonium.Updater.App tiene abierto el archivo. pero no hay nada abierto

You probably have an active Pluto process running in the background, open task manager and end it. If you can't find it, just restart your PC then try deleting the files again.

ahora ya me deja entrar a multijugador pero cuando quiero iniciar una partida en custom games me sale este mensaje y no me deja entrar a las partidas online:(porcierto muchas gracias)
