How to install mods on T4?

I'm trying to install the PeZBOT mod for T4, I tried to make a "mods" folder and add it to there but it doesn't show up in the list of mods in-game, any help on how to get them working?

Mods placed here work for me... Of course your user will not be alan as mine is. But I have tested a number of mods and they have worked when placed in this folder. Don't forget that if it for multiplayer to ensure the folder name starts with mp_
