![PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO DELETE PLUTONIUM I TRIED EVERYTHING I DONT WANT IT ON MY PC ANYMORE EVERYTIME I TRY TO DELETE IT IT SAYS ITS RUNNING AND I CANT DELETE IT.

Simply close the game and the launcher. Then you can delete any file that belongs to Plutonium. Plutonium stores files in %LocalAppdata%\Plutonium. Additionally, you can also remove the game itself, but that's up to you.
