Mods not showing up

So i finally moved my mods from actvision mods folder to plutonium storage T4 mods folder but the mods wont show up how can i fix?

Make sure you put them in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods

if there multiplayer mods make sure they start with mp_
