I tried redownloading dlc but it didnt work, please help

At some point I got all the perma perks and they won't go away, I'm tired them because it makes my game to easy. I've tried some stuff to avail, please give suggestions on ways to fix this issue. I've tried the reset stats command but when I started a game of buried it instantly gave me perma perks.

Yeah there was some custom textures, what do I do to the file to fix it though

For some reason every time I try to play Buried it stops loading, I've tried with mods and with out. I hope someone can help me out.

Recently I got the Cold War and Night mode mods for t6 zombies, I don't feel like using them anymore and I can't delete them. I don't know how and I hope someone can help me.
