Pretty sure MP progress files are located in: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage
You can temporarily remove them, and check if perma perks are still available.
1frame Take out the custom textures and see if buried loads. Sometimes certain custom textures causes issues on some maps
so basically what you need to do is delete them and yea tada
