Well if you want to play with bot just go to custom game you create your own game. if you want to play with bot but in a public game only use server browser. It doesn't work right now the matchmaking only works in server browser.

Go to Custom Game> Setup Game> Setup Bots and after you have customized your rules and game mode you just give it start match
