Whenever I play this game, I get a very low frame rate at about 30 FPS. This doesn't happen on any other game I play and the PC I'm playing on can handle other games with much higher graphics. What is the fix for this? I already tried the FPS fix guide on here, but it didn't fix anything, and I still have the same problems.

No Multiplayer Servers on BO1 PlutoniumI used to be able to play on many different servers on this, but now none are showing up for me to play on. Is there a fix for this?

Low Frame RateWhenever I get on Black Ops 2 Plutonium and load into a game, I have a very low frame rate at about 30 and it makes the game unplayable. I don't have this problem in any other games like MW3 and even newer games with higher resolutions than this one. Only thing I can think of that can be the problem could be having a high ping over 200.
I'm using an Alienware M16 laptop so it shouldn't be having problems with the frame rate.
What can I do to fix this so I can get back to being able to play the game again?
