Start the game once through Steam it should take care of it for you.

The game doesn't launch for me whenever I try to set any compatibility, but when i uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" it launches without problem.

What is "high-end"?

mp_outskirts is Stockpile, a DLC map. Do you have the DLCs installed? Because if you don’t, then you need to do so to play DLC maps as Plutonium doesn’t provide game files.

@anenpro I feel you. Only game on here I've never had a problem with is MW3. I don't have WAW so idk how that one is
