i fixed it dw

just made this account to play bo2 zombies and put in a new password and junk, but for some reason it didnt work in the launcher. so i went to settings to change it but it still needed my old password which dosnt work, i have it wrote down so i know what it is, it just does not work. only thing i could think of thats gone wrong is that ive used special characters for it. any idea on what the issue is and how to fix it yall?
