Plutonium

Ok, i have problem with Telecable, if i use a VPN, i can open Plutonium and the game, if doesn't, i can't log in on the plutonium Launcher.

If i use a VPN, maybe the server's going to kick me instantly.

So, how i can reply in the telecable support about the problem, what's the problem in first place at a technical level?

i try to launch de Cod bo2, and the screen turns black when stay in foreground, and when i exit of the game, the screen back to normal, i can't play online for this
