That's hilarious but also genius, I respect that.
So to fix this, stop the t4 torrent if you have that still seeding.
Then restart your pc, then delete plutonium.new that should fix things.

Delete the launcher and redownload it from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. Your AV might be causing it as well, disable it before downloading it again.
