I don't know how to manually rotate the map. How do you do it?

Well with that much scripts it's very likely there is a conflict between 2 scripts and whenever something loads or you pick a particular item or whatever it fails to work properly and crashes the game.
I would say remove them one by one until it stops crashing.

Unless you have a crappy antivirus (even turned off) this is most likely the issue
