Plutonium

I'm playing bo2 origins, and suddenly the launcher minimizes, I keep listening to the game, but it won't let me re-enter, it forces me to restart and consider the game lost. It happens in high rounds, I already uninstalled the launcher, the game, changed the language, the folders and my drivers are fine. Help pls.

When I'm playing in origins, doing the easter egg, after a while the game minimizes, I try to enter, but it's useless, it forces me to close it completely and finish the game. Is there any solution to this problem?
