After that just go /give and the weapon name from that list for example /give pdw57_upgraded_zm

DarkGhoul96 Any extra images, camos, mods on the server. Are you playing solo or a dedicated server, if server have you tried a different server?

Resxt I think you can see the mods on that screenshot, incase you mean images etc then idk

3MK I assume you aren't playing solo, but if you are you could try doing demo_recordPrivateMatch 0

Could be due to audio device disconnecting, but if it happens everytime with no audio disconnects or anything, could be that the game is using the wrong audio devices

Make sure to disable all audio devices within your operating system that you aren't using.

It's more about playing for high rounds and playing every day.
Try getting consistent 30-40 round games every day. Remember if you don't play for a day you lose a tier.

I figure you can't activate any other permanent perk than jug and phd, tombstone, ikp.

Actually thinking logically you can probably get all perma perks except ray gun, which is only active when you are below rank two and the sniper thing I have no clue.
