I'm experiencing the same on an ultra-widescreen monitor with GeForce 3080 GPU. Launching into the game presents an all-white screen with crosshair uncentered. I attempted changing to a more normal resolution and all that did was squish the screen in other ways.
Same files work perfectly fine at 1440x900 on a 2GB GeForce 960.
