If you're still having this issue try downloading .net framework - https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48
its a windows file that could be missing. If not then check for updates in "Updates & Security".
Still if you're having this issues try redownloading the pluto t6 torrent file. A lot of the times its from - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35.

Im trying to open black ops 2 but it keeps saying thisIt could be possible that your missing game files I highly recommend redownloading the pluto t6 torrent. If that doesnt work and if you actually have the steam version locate it and select that as your main game.
