Try a different port (4978) on your server or copy another game folder for your servers.
Make sure you not having the game folder installed on your desktop area. That is a very bad idea!
@Awoke That sounds like your router has issues with the amount of connections opened when the server browser is queried.
Either try to restart it or use the console instead of the server browser to join them.
