hindercanrun do you can solve my problem?

hindercanrun first I stay 2 min or so in the loading screen and then it says youve been disconnected by the bo2 servers so it comes every time a error message that i cant join in any game

What is the reason for that?

why is the codcaster in bo2 plutonium only in english and not in other languages
