Not seeing your server online. Happy to help as I am trying to figure out fast DL myself

So I got this all to work finally so I wanted to leave an update for anyone with the same troubles in the future. I could not get the steam copy to work with map changes and custom maps for the life of me. I wonder if this is because of the T4 mod or something (no clue). But I used the t4 game files for the server hosting and my steam copy for playing the games. Using this combination worked just like the instructions in the Plutonium provided guides suggest.

Ultimateman Sounds good mate. I'm serious about the beer money for the time spent. I am going to try on a fresh pc with a fresh copy of the Plutonium copy of the game instead of the steam copy. Just going to rule out all variables from the person who tried helping in the discord. Really appreciate it

Ultimateman So I took a look at this and I was not able to locate that file. I went to ugx and was able to locate a copy of it. I wasn't sure where to place it so I went ahead ahead put it in several places including the plutonium's raw directory where other .gsc files are located and the mod itself. I'm a bit confused about it because everything I read points to config prior to the .ff file being compiled. I used this map from another member who had it working for them without need for the ugx_modder_help file. The path indicated by the logs is maps/ which I am unable to locate in anything plutonium or WAW.

Ultimateman I will look for that file and see if it is included in the mod folder. ( Assuming the location it is looking for is the mod folder)

I have created a new dedicated server and am able to run the stock maps on it and join from Plutonium browser just fine. When I try to use custom maps I just get sending heart beat over and over without any success. I worked with Resxt on discord but he isn't sure whats going on. I even downloaded and used a map that he has success with to make sure it wasn't something wrong with my maps. I have confirmed that the batch file and zombie config file is updated with the mod folder and map name accordingly. I will included screenshots of my config, as well as the output I am seeing.
