I dunno if its because I pirated the game or not but zombies just gives me an error message and crashes the game

why does it do this
I was setting up my classes and it crashed
I was in a match and it crashed
HELP

I am on a old windows 7 laptop, so that might be the problem. But whenever I try to open the launcher, nothing happens. I click on it, nothing, double click, nope, run as administrator, no dice, waiting a couple minutes once I've clicked it, nada, I even restarted my laptop and it didn't work. HELP
