I dont see the health bar or zombie counter even though I have them both enabled?

Hey, kind of a last resort shot in the dark here. But I've been looking for a mod that adds point sharing to black ops zombies so that when a buddy goes down in the later rounds they aren't totally shafted trying to get their perks back and get the ball rolling again (a truly Sisyphean task...) I was surprised that I couldn't find it anywhere, since I think I've seen public servers with systems for point sharing. Does anyone have a script for it?
