I have this weird bug where my text chat disappears so fast idk if its from the server im playing or from the client but this shit is so annoying anyone have a fix?

I'm new to hosting a server so my game mode is set to tdm i changed the game mode to "dm" which is free for all, but when i started my server it was stil tdm like i never changed it.

I even changed some game settings and the server name but nothing changed

please help
