Plutonium

Launcher is on my desktop and I never had a problem like this with anything before. No idea what to do.

Needless to say it didn't work, but I've found this error:

I'm not an expert but based on the number it could be referring to this thing

I downloaded plutonium.exe from the site but when I click on it nothing happens, no error message, nothing. I have no antivirus and tried with firewall turned off aswell, installed the redist stuff updated windows, tried everything i could. Also went to get help on discord but I couldn’t get it to work. Please help me I have no idea what’s the issue.
