Plutonium

I've tried for nearly two days now and with no progress. Everything is set up just as it should be, but once I set up the server I only get sending heartbeat. I've port forwarded, allowed through firewall, I've port triggered, and I've tried several ports. Would anyone be able to help? Thank you.
