Launcher does not launch with AMD Adrenalin 22.7.1

After a driver update to AMD Adrenalin 22.7.1, the launcher would crash on startup, rolled-back to AMD Adrenalin 22.5.1, and now it works. Perhaps a new feature that is incompatible to Plutonium?
