Plutonium

I used to play the game alot , after a year maybe trying to launch plutonium. Gives me an error ( failed to update ) and just a crash id that changes every time i launched it and it only allows me to open lan mode, even if i open it , doesn’t let me login gives an error ( handshake security error) and I'm sure with the credentials. The updater works on my friends pc who hasn’t play the game for a year too.

Here is what i tried :

1. using 3 vpns
2. deleting the exe plutonium and downloading it again
3. deleting every possible antivirus on the pc
4. turning off the firewall even when its on made an exception for the plutonium file

Note: i tried to add the game files on a hard drive and running the game on my other pc (laptop) it works so the problem should be in my pc .

Did every possible fix , please help what can i do im about to throw the pc out of the window.
