Plutonium

My game was working earlier today, but when I launched it again a black screen appeared with music and nothing else. Any fixes or tips?

Whenever I open the plutonium launcher a notification pops up saying there is a trojan file and I can't launch the game. Any help or fixes? Should I allow the file?
