Every time i open the game, first match 17-29 fps. I need to go to settings, change to windowed, then back to windowed fullscreen. I tried all the bullshit you can find online, stopped playing for months because of this. Hope it works for you.

Every time i open the game, i have to go to settings, change to windowed, apply, then go back to windowed fullscreen. It fixes the fps problem for me.
