Anyone able to help me with removing Perk limit?

Hello, i have gotten a server up and running and my friends are able to connect to it. However i cannot find it in the list. If running off of the same computer i play on. Any Ideas?

Any ideas? i know its something to do with the Start_ZM_server.bat but can't work out what
