i cant join anything it just stays in loading screen and says waiting for other players infinitely unless i disconnect

i literally cant see 75% of the servers that are actually online on zombies and multiplayer too plus my game reset my rank for some reason the heck is happening?

It is confirmed plus I think its gonna release very soon since last time I opened plutonium it was installing some of the t5 stuff not sure tho.
