@dokta21 if your game is on an hdd then either move the game to an ssd (best solution) or defrag your hdd
Also ofc don't connect to servers far from you. If you're in the US don't connect to EU servers.
If you can play on wired/cable instead of Wi-Fi.
If you can't maybe try going closer to your router
