There aren't many options and the ones that do exist usually ruin the games artstyle by adding random crap like changing the color of certain textures and smoke effects to blue, making the textures black for no reason and changing the games menu style and background to something completely unrelated from bo2.

Blackout on project bo4 is probably your best bet if you want a low spec "rebirth" island, especially if you use the "Potato mode" setting in project bo4's menu. Although the game is 163 gigs which is it's only issue.

Erm plutonium doesn't work with pirated versions it checks your account to see if you actually own the game on steam or if you gameshare with someone who does.

If you want a bo3 client you could try out alterwares "t7x" client

If you want a cod ghosts client you could install "iw6-mod" by alterware, although it would be nice to have everything under one launcher.
