it does allow you to play them but you still need to have the actual files for the DLC maps, they don't come with the steam download if you don't own them.
We stopped supporting piracy so you're gonna have to find those files somewhere else or buy the DLCs.

That means you didn't select a folder that contains the mw3 game files.

xolukex make sure to launch plutonium.exe not plutonium-launcher-win32, it may have automatically pinned itself to your start menu. The file you need to launch plutonium with is the one you downloaded when initially installing pluto.

• closing or disabling any software that has a directx overlay (msi afterburner, rivatuner, ...)
• simply restarting your pc and not starting any software besides pluto
• unplugging any vr headsets or similar hardware you may have plugged in

david38484884 yea nah, that's not how it works. You would need the pluto source code, you can't just hook up another game to our infrastructure with css edits lol.

yfoops does it work without the controller? What kind of controller is it? are you using external software to get it to work? Can you post a screenshot of the error message? Never seen that one before.

@magic-johnson-55 pluto doesn't work on virtual machines. Your issue isn't related to that but the game wouldn't work even if you got past that launcher issue.

kingz1387 open your game folder in windows explorer. After that go to redist/DirectX, from there run DXSETUP.exe.

Laeyon ye but you don't need to have the overlay activated. Just having msi afterburner running won't cause issues. Also some people reported that running the game in windowed borderless mode fixed the blackscreen caused by overlays.

@yeva51 xlabs/boiii and sm2 were recently shut down by activision, both projects did not require you to own the games. We no longer support pirated game files in an effort to prevent this from happening to pluto as well. you need to buy the game on steam.
