@Adrenal1ne are you talking about private match? Well he either has upnp disabled or didn't start the match (he has to be ingame for others to be able to connect).
@AutomatoN what i can guess is. where u living: city, woods, or village. internet might be far away or its just weak. or the plutonium server might be created far from u. other regions etc. or its just the plutonium that is bit messed up
