Pistakilla thank you it worked

When I try to start the Launcher I get multiple error messages that say that the msvcp140.dll and the vcruntime140.dll file are either not downloaded or they cant find it. I already tried to install them i also installed visual studios c++ and I tried whatever i could find on the forum or the internet. My problem know is that plutonium worked all the time before. I played a few hourse and days before but suddendly it stopped working.
