how do i make a server for bo2 multiplayer? im willing to pay if i have too tired of getting banned. just cause i can get 80-150 kills a game dosent mean im cheating maybe your bad. but any who im willing to make a server for overly average players

bro i have got banned in every bo2 multiplayer server. accused of exploiting soft aiming etc and a have proof to show im not but im not the only one getting banned and accused we just want to play the game. you can have 5 kills 30 deaths u shoot smb through the wall one time your cheating like what
