I've tried to fix this bug in several ways and none of them worked. What do I do?

I was unfairly banned
I think this is the third time I've been banned from a server for using a hack, even though I've never used a hack. What do I do to get unbanned? I've already tried to find the server's discord to contact the moderators and I couldn't find it. The server name is "LTDA MapVote TDM #2"
