connect the plutonium to steam making it a non steam game and you can add steam input from steam

I just got a new network provider set up i got a fast 6 gig connection i did a speed test and got 578.67 Mb's A 205.53 Mb/s upload and 13 Ms off my ping but for some reason it only happens when i go into public lobbies on plutonium i did join a server with a ping i was ok with i'm gettiing 52-53 ping but i'm getting rapid connection interuptions without my ping raising i was playing the new DLC 5 maps on zombies i went to multiplayer had the same issue I dont want help i just wanna know if its a server or network issue but if you got any idea what it could be i would be thankful i got a eithernet got 623 Ms but it was even worse.

Thank you so much bro i can actually go for high rounds with out my game playing bad i forgot to turn of amd freesync and it fixed my frames when i turned it off thank you so much ;/]

I Dont have nvidia my card is a amd the config file is also saying that im on 165 but im not thanks for asking tho.

for the past 2 months i have trying to fix my framerate on the launcher every cod i load up always runs at 60 Fps When i try to tweak the settings and change my graphics and update my drivers i cant fix it i went to my amd graphics card software and atempted to tweak the fps there but when i loaded up the game its still 60 this started to piss me off and upset me... My system specs are 32 gigs of ddr5 ram an rx 6800 2tb ssd ryzen 7 7800x wifi 6 motherboard if anyone can help i would be thankful.
