Plutonium

i keep getting the error : Exception Code: 0xC0000005
i tried everything in the book turning off dep, checking ram, checking for corrupted files, reinstalling with and without antivirus, turning of cpu virtualization, updating graphics card drivers and uninstalling and reinstalling all programs from the Redist folder. Any help?
