Kalitos Yes xampp is running and ports are open. Idk what is actually going on. I've done everything right

For some reason my server won't download the mods i want it to download. I am almost 100% positive i've done everything right.

In the config.cfg i put:

seta sv_wwwBaseURL "http://dontwannashowthisIP/"
seta fs_game "mods/artyx_infected"

have also done the MIME types

Honestly dont know why its not working.

I was wondering if you are allowed to sell Server Hosting for IW5 and T6?
To prove im legit, i can provider 3 servers for free to the first 3 people that wants one. The duration for the free ones will last for 1 month, then they need to pay if they want the server to still be up.
