@FLASH11112 it looks like you never verified your email address so you won't be able to get it back. the only thing you can do is remember your password. Also, make sure you are typing it in with all caps (FLASH1111 and not Flash1111, etc)
Edit: suggest you verify your email for your FLASH11112 account (or whatever name you end up going with) to keep that one protected in case this happens again!
