i know for sure my router has local network level NAT, disabling ipv6 via stopping this service worked,
worth also trying to turn it off from the network interface settings on windows, maybe the game's networking process binds directly to the network interface and accidently binds to an unsupported ipv6 interface ip

I've just installed plutonium and COD BO II, from steam.

The client .exe is at the game's directory yet it won't completely launch, it would open a black screen. i've found the memory dumps, I've set up an exclusion on my antivirus yet it still persists.
