My pc is slow running 800x600 it's gonna be tiny when playing. Oh and i'm using windows security

When ever I'm playing any map on solo, custom or online at like round 6 - 8 my game freezes and takes me back home. the cmd prompt shows nothing and when i try to go back to the game it doesn't allow me making me close it and have to open the application again is there any fix??

The guide link doesn't work is there any other tutorial on how to do this???
