KEEP IN MIND that i do not know if it is going to work with your black ops 2 game cause it opens with a launcher but i believe you can figure out if it actually does
this app can boost perfomance on some games

So i open the plutonium.exe file that like 4mb and it says this and then nothing happens i checked if it is open in the background well its not i have no windows defender or firewall enabled i am a full admin so whats the problem????? it worked fine yesterday
