There is a big old "CAUTION" in a large red box that points out this exact fact:
Caution
The anticheat is always active even in solo play / private match.
If you wish to cheat in private / solo you can use the launchers LAN mode which disables online functionality and disables the anticheat.
Either way, the only thing you can do is wait out the ban and not do it again.
