Currently, there is a bug with the launcher that will prevent you from changing your game folder location, so you have to manually fix that for now.

Go to your start menu and type run
Open this program, it will show a text box, in this text box type %localappdata% then press the enter key
It will open a folder in the explorer. Now locate the folder called plutonium
Right-click and delete that folder. Now when you launch the launcher again the setup button will be visible allowing you re-select your game folder.

You need to put the background in an iwd. Placing the iwi in images will just result in the launcher deleting it.

I got this error yesterday when I was destroying my internet with multiple torrents. So it would be safe to say this could happen if your internet is under load or is in general unstable.

Secondly, you still haven't stated what game you are encountering cheaters on?

Gylactic via normal config a static rotation is only possible. You'd need a script to have such behaviour.

MW2 (IW4) as me and my friends loved Call of duty 4 at the time and when MW2 released it was just an improvement in many ways to cod 4. Good memories of kids trash talking people in search and destoy.

Also I got MW2 a day early before release due to Amazon posting it early!

Your server can talk to the master server without port forwarding so ignore the heartbeat messages they are not relevant. Also, keep in mind that if you are running the server on your own machine NAT loopback can occur resulting in you not being able to see the server. But others will be able to so you will need to friend to check.

But if your friends cannot see the server either then it means the public isn't able to reach the server -> ports not correctly forwarded.
