nevermind I got it with this link: https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat

I've tried all other solutions in the forum and none of them worked. I've passed this step fine before, but had to factory reset my pc due to major issues. This is what shows when I run winver.

HannesC where do I find that? I tried running it with Win Key + R but it didn't exist.

RektInator the thing is, I can't start it again because it forces my mouse into blue loading cursor, so I can't click anything.

I followed the guide and did everything twice but still got the same error.
