Reminisce Your friend needs to run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder from the redist folder. Please create a new thread if you have anymore issues.

Didn't get what you said, use a decent translator and speak in English. Also Pluto runs fine on win11.

Delete the config files from %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t6/players and the settings should reset to default again.

Is there a .new exe as well? Delete both of them, redownload it from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and run it as admin. Oh and pause the torrent if you're still seeding it.
