When using the paralyzer in custom games the flying is only reduced to hovering, around max jump height and is unable to go over barriers or places like speed cola. Is this a known bug or intentional?

How do I input a password while connecting in console?I have a server which does work and the only way for ME to connect to it is using the console command connect localhost:4977 (I use the port 4977 and it works for me). But I also want my server to have a password and when I connect to it, it says that it was an incorrect password. Is there a way to add the password to connect localhost:4977 and allow me to join?
